This high-end statement necklace is a true collector's piece, handmade in the American Southwest by award-winning Navajo artist Gilbert Platero. This piece is hallmarked by the artist and features genuine pale blue green turquoise with distinct spiderwebbing in the matrix. Four large oval cabochons of turquoise lead to a centerpiece of a large teardrop crowned with a fan of three stones. Each piece has classic silverwork rope braid and bead detail. This piece is a remarkable representation of the cultural history of jewelry-making by indigenous cultures, which we are honored to share with our customers.
Sterling silver.
Length is approx. 24" long. The centerpiece drops approx. 3". A sturdy box link chain and hook clasp finish the piece.
